Evelyn Werner

1905 - 2003

 

 

Evelyn Werner, 97, formerly of 308 N. Montgomery St., Watertown, died November 15, 2003.

 

A Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Rev. Thomas Marr officiating.  Burial was at St. Henry’s Cemetery.

 

She was born Dec. 24, 1905, in Watertown, the daughter Nicholas J. and Catherine (Schuch) Nimm.  She married Ruben Werner on June 24, 1939, at St. Henry Catholic Church.

 

Evelyn attended St. Henry’s Grade School and was a homemaker.  Evelyn was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, and was a parish sponsor.  She was a former member of the Christian Mothers and the choir.
