Stephana Spohn

1836 - 1911

On Friday, January 20, 1911, Mrs. Stephana Spohn, 800 Third Street, died of cancer of the stomach.

Deceased was born in Blienschweiler, Alsace, Germany, April 13, 1836, and in 1851 she located in Watertown. She was the widow of the late Nicholas Spohn, an old-time Watertown business man.

Two sons survive her, George W. Spohn and Joseph Spohn, both of this city.

Monday morning her funeral took place from St. Henry’s Catholic Church. The interment was in St. Henry’s Cemetery.
