Edward Strobusch

1880 - 1951

 

Edward H. Strobusch, 71, 613 Cole Street, died in Forest Lawn at Jefferson on August 13, 1951, after a long illness. He was a native of Watertown, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Strobusch and had spent his entire life in the community. At one time he was a railroad carpenter, working for the Milwaukee road.

 

Mr. Strobusch was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church.

 

Funeral services were held in St. Henry's church with the Rev. A. J. Herrmann officiating. Interment was in St. Henry's Cemetery.

 

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary A. Brandenstein, whom he married on Nov. 21, 1903.

 

Miss Sophia Oestreicher has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Strobusch since she was a little girl.
