Arvilla Schubert

1914 - 2003

 

Arvilla Schubert, 88, of 999 Summit Ave., Oconomowoc, formerly a resident of Riverview Commons in Watertown, died Oct. 17, 2003, at Fort Memorial Hospital in Fort Atkinson.

 

Funeral services were held at the Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with the Rev. Michael J. Matheny of Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Dousman officiating. Burial was in St. Henry's Cemetery.

 

The former Arvilla Buss was born Dec. 13, 1914, in the town of Ixonia, the daughter of Richard and Anna (Bergmann) Buss. Arvilla married Robert Schubert in Watertown in 1944. He preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 1957. She attended St. Paul's Lutheran Grade School in Ixonia. Arvilia was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Dousman.
