Elizabeth Miller

1901 - 1951

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Harvey Miller, 50, of 216 were conducted in St. Henry's Catholic Church, the Rev. A. J. Herrmann officiated and interment was in the parish cemetery. Date of death was June 6, 1951.

 

Mrs. Miller was a native of Stacyville, Ia., and was born Feb. 27, 1901. She was the former Elizabeth Adams, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Adams. She was married to Mr. Miller in Iowa on Feb. 27, 1919. Since 1928 she had lived in Watertown.

 

Mrs. Miller had not been in the best of health for some time and her death was preceded by an illness of five weeks.

 

Mrs. Miller was a member of St. Henry's Church and the Christian Mothers Confraternity.

 

For the past four years she had been employed as a cook at the Hotel Washington.
