Johanna Meitner

1878 - 1952

 

Mrs. Gustave Meitner, 73, of 1516 River Drive, died at St. Mary's hospital on January 11, 1952, after an illness of six weeks. She was the former Johanna Pitterle and was born Oct. 9, 1878, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ignatz (Adeline Heger) Pitterle. Her marriage to Mr. Meitner took place on June 17, 1898 in St. Henry's Catholic Church.

 

Funeral services were conducted at St. Henry's Church, of which she was a member.  The Rev. A. J. Herrmann officiated. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
