She was born in Watertown and resided here all her life.  She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reinehr of this city, her maiden name being Katherine Reinehr.  Her husband departed this life many years ago.  She is survived by three sons and two daughters, also eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  A sister and two brothers also survive.

Mrs. Kuester was a lifelong member of St. Henry’s congregation and for many years was a member of the Christian Mothers’ society.

Her remains were prepared for burial at the James W. Boyle chapel and returned to her home, from where her funeral was held on Tuesday morning to St. Henry’s church at 9 o’clock, the Rev. Hugo Kuester officiating.  Burial was in St. Henry’s cemetery.

Mrs. Kuester was one of Watertown’s best-known residents, whose death is mourned as a good Christian lady, and a good citizen in every respect.
