Dorothy R. Cizek

1919 - 2005

MADISON/ STOUGHTON/ WATERTOWN –

 

Dorothy R. Cizek, age 85, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at Stoughton Hospital.  She was born on Oct. 10, 1919, in Watertown, the daughter of Emil and Jeanette (Richter) Roffeis.  Dorothy enjoyed crafts and sewing.  She spent her life helping others and was a giving person.  She enjoyed her nine years living at Nazareth House in Stoughton.  She was proud to be a Sister of Notre Dame for 25 years.

 

Dorothy is survived by her sister, Sylvia Wilde of Watertown; special cousin, Gerry (Bob) Brunner of Jefferson; and many cousins and other relatives.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond, in 1983; and a brother, Clarence.

 

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Henry Catholic Church, 412 N. Fourth St., Watertown, on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at 10 a.m.
