Roland Agasie

1931 - 1975

 

Roland J. Agasie, 44, 419 Dewey Avenue, died October 9, 1975, at St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee following a brief illness.

 

The funeral was held at the Schmutzler Funeral Home and at St. Henry's Catholic Church, with Father Michael Burke officiating.  Interment was in the parish cemetery.

 

Agasie was born in Eveleth, Minn. June 20, 1931, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Agasie. On June 17, 1961, he married the former Barbara Urbanski in Milwaukee. He was a graduate of Eveleth High School, attended Marquette University and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church.

 

Agasie was employed as an engineer at Lindberg for 14 years, coming to Watertown in 1964.
