Wisconsin's First Lady,
Jessica Doyle
11 11 2009
St. Henry’s Catholic
School students were visited on November 10th by Wisconsin's first lady,
Jessica Doyle.
Doyle visited
the school to present several prizes to seventh-grader Brian Hogan who was
selected as this week's winner of the “Where in Wisconsin is Jessica Doyle”
contest.
The
seventh-grade class participates in the weekly program that gives three clues
about a city in Wisconsin. The students
must find out what city the clues describe by searching on various Web sites on
the Internet, using maps or looking through textbooks. Students with the correct answer each week
are put into a drawing and a computer system randomly selects the week's
winner.
"Which city is the center of production for our state fruit?" Doyle asked sixth-, seventh and eighth-graders Tuesday afternoon. Hogan was one of many students throughout the state that came up with the correct answer to the three clues that described the city of Warrens.
