Marilyn M. Zweinig

1931 - 2010

 

LAKE MILLS - Marilyn M. Zweinig, 79, of Lake Mills, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, at Willowbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

 

She was born on Sept. 9, 1931, in Watertown, daughter of the late Herbert and Ella (West) Birkholz.  She graduated from Watertown High School, class of 1950.

 

Marilyn had owned and operated Cornerhouse Antiques and Gifts in Watertown.  She enjoyed working in antiques and selling at flea markets where she was fondly known as the “Book Lady.”

 

Survivors include her daughter, Terri (James) Ziebell of Lake Mills; three grandchildren, Cody, Kyle and Cortney; cousins, other relatives, and friends.

 

Private family services will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Watertown.  

 

If desired, memorials may be made to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lake Mills or Rainbow Hospice.

 

The family wishes to thank Country Nurses, Rainbow Hospice and Willowbrook Nursing Home for their care.
