Helen Wolf

1926 - 2004

 

Helen P. Wolf, 78, of Watertown, died November 19, 2004, at Watertown Memorial Hospital. A memorial service was held in December at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

 

Family burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.

 

The Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.

 

Helen was born on April 20, 1926, in Watertown, daughter of Max and Mary (Roth) Wolf. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Grade School and Watertown High School, graduating in 1943. She had been the office manager for Allard Express for many years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

 

Helen loved gardening, needlepoint, puzzles and spending time with her family.

 

Surviving were her sisters, Margaret Schlesner and Marion Wolf, both of Watertown; a sister-in-law, Rosalie (Wolf) Colletti of Watertown; nieces and nephews, Ronald (Jean) Wolf of Arkansas, Joan (Joe) Meyers of Watertown, Kristie (Allen) Schmidt of Watertown, Andrew (Julie) Wolf of Arkansas and Sharon (Roy) Wolff of Watertown; numerous great-nieces and great- nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Melvin Wolf; and a nephew, David Wolf.
