Wanda J. Stock

1957- 2019

 

Wanda J. Stock, 61, of Watertown, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, at Marquardt Health Center.

 

Wanda was born on Sept. 9, 1957, in Waukesha, the daughter of Carl and Rosalee (Barnard) Gallert.  Wanda was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.  She was a member of many CB radio clubs and she enjoyed attending local festivals in town and showing off her beautiful 1968 AMC Javelin at car shows.  

 

Wanda was known as a woman that would be there for anyone she could; she was a kind and caring woman and touched the lives of so many around her.  Wanda will be dearly missed by those who were blessed to have known her.

 

Wanda is survived by her children Marie (Daniel) Collins, Sheila Smulders, Dawn (Lyle) Krueger, Jillian Smulders, Kyle (Denise) Smulders and Krystal Smulders; 14 grandchildren; her mother, Rosalee Barnard; her siblings, Wava Wandersee, Wanita Kirch, Wade Gallert and Wayne Gallert.  Wanda is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

She was preceded in death by her fathers and brother Joseph.

 

A funeral service for Wanda will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. on Thursday with the Rev. Todd Iverson presiding.  A visitation will be held at the church at noon until the time of service. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watertown following the service.
