Ethel E. Snyder

1919 - 2006

Ethel E. Snyder, 86, of Watertown, died June 24, 2006, at Marquardt Memorial Manor.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday at Hafemeister Funeral Home with Dr. Rev. Rick Brewer, pastor at Marquardt Memorial Manor, officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Watertown.

She was born July 14, 1919, in Wales, daughter of Harvey T. and Edna A. James. She married Wilbur E. Reese on April 3, 1948. He preceded her in death in 1975. She was then married to Carl R. Snyder and he preceded her in death in 1977.

Ethel had been employed as an office clerk at the Musebeck Shoe Company. She had been a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Watertown. She had also been a member of AARP.

Survivors include a special niece, Nancy Howe of Hartland; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was further preceded in death by her parents.
