Edna Naujoks

1913 - 2006

 

Edna E. Naujoks, 92, formerly of 106 N. Montgomery St., Watertown, died on Friday, May 5, 2006, at Wellington Place in Fort Atkinson following a lingering illness.

 

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Pederson Funeral Home in Watertown with the Rev. John Boehringer of St. John's Lutheran Church in Watertown officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Watertown.

 

The former Edna Elizabeth Sievert was born Sept. 6, 1913, in Whitewater, daughter of Paul and Anna (Friedel) Sievert.  She married E. Taft in December 1934. He preceded her in death. S he then married Friedrich Naujoks in 1964.  He died in 1983.  Edna had been employed at Bethesda Lutheran Home for many years.  She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and a former member of the Watertown Senior Center.

 

Surviving are a daughter, Rosanne Hanson of Fort Atkinson; two grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

She was further preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Elmer, Hubert and Raymond.
