Jeanette Johnson

BENTON, Ark. - Jeanette Louise (Ebert) Johnson, formerly of Watertown, passed away at her home on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, with her daughter, Kris, at her side.

 

She was born in Watertown, Wis., on Aug. 4, 1920, to the late Arthur and Mina (Meckes) Ebert.  She was a graduate of St. Agnes School of Nursing in Fond du Lac.  She was married to the late Major Wm. Wayne Johnson (USAF).

 

She is survived by her children, Mike (Donna) Johnson, Linda Johnson and Kris (Charles) Dolan; grandchildren, Erin, Dave, Mindy, Will (Sushma), Rhymney, Beau and Miri; a great-grandchild, Sage; and several grandkitties, especially Maxine “Doddle”.  She is also survived by a special cousin, Caroline Meckes.

 

Funeral services will be private, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.

 

The Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting with the local arrangements.
