Marguerite M. Kerstell

1918 - 2010

 

Marguerite M. Kerstell, 91, of Watertown, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at Watertown Regional Medical Center.

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Terry Larson officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

 

Marguerite M. Kerstell was born in Watertown on March 23, 1918, daughter of Robert and Meta (Knoll) Kerstell.  She graduated from Watertown High School.  Marguerite worked for the Wisconsin Telephone Company for 45 years.  She was a lifelong active member and volunteer at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

 

She is survived by a nephew, Robert Evans.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her second mother, Clara; a sister, Vivian in infancy; a brother, Edward Kerstell; a stepbrother, Harris Evans; and a stepsister, Jeannette Evans.
