JUNEAU — Emily M. Batzko,
age 85, of Juneau, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Clearview Nursing Home with her family
at her side.
Emily was born on Feb. 16, 1927, in Milwaukee
the daughter of John and Ann (Kojif) Vavrik. She married
William Batzko on Oct. 18,
1947, in Milwaukee.
Survivors include, five children, Thomas Batzko of Watertown, Virginia (David) Tervola
of West Bend, Patricia (David) Viola
of Watertown, Victoria (John) Printz of Menomonee
Falls and Terry (John) Nickles of Watertown; 13
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, John Vavrik of Muskego and sister, Maggie Bohacek
of Pewaukee. She is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughter,
Pamela, and a sister, Pauline.
A private family service will be held. Burial will be in St. Henry
Catholic Cemetery.
