Unger (1914 - 1980) Birth date: 7/30/1914 Death date: 8/11/1980  Birth location: Graz, Austria Death location: Kirksville, Missouri.  Biographical Brief:  Began advanced work in art in 1932 at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts.  Moved to Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin in 1954.  Taught as summer-term faculty of Northeast Missouri State College in 1960 and 1961 while his wife remained in Fort Atkinson.  He was appointed Assistant Professor of Art for the spring and summer terms of 1962; and became a full-time member of the faculty in 1963.  Also taught art in Fort Atkinson, Janesville, and Watertown, Wisconsin.     Info on artist
